Konstrüksiyon: ısıtma rezistans teli, Ti malzeme (tel veya top).
Principle: Sublimate Ti by heating resistance wire. Because Ti is highly reactive, it immediately reacts with the surrounding gas molecules to form stable compounds. Compounds formed by the reaction are adsorbed to the inner wall of the vacuum chamber, thereby reducing the pressure. If the sublimated Ti adsorbs on the inner wall of a large area, a huge exhaust velocity will be generated. For example, if Ti atoms are adsorbed on an area of 1 square meter, the exhaust velocity of nitrogen can reach 24000 liters /s. When the pressure is higher (>10-3Pa), egzoz hızı büyük ölçüde azalır. Bu nedenle diğer egzoz pompaları ile kombine edilmesi gerekmektedir.
